The cerebrum, a Latin word for "brain", is the largest part of the brain as a whole. Here things such as perception, imagination, thought, judgment, and decision occur. The cerebrum consists of the two hemispheres and accounts for two-thirds of the total weight of the brain. It is divided into four areas called lobes. There is a frontal, parietal, temporal, and occipital lobe.
